Maite receives a new case: a member of the Támoga family, known in Ferrol for running a large pharmaceutical company, has been kidnapped. Nina Weiss, a BKA agent, is visiting her mother Margarethe, a German expat on the Canary Islands. She arrives unannounced, searching for answers on her past.
