This documentary tells the story of a unique ecosystem in the world: the ‘Dehesa’ in the Iberian Peninsula. A landscape that resembles one of the most spectacular and beautiful ecosystems on the planet: the African Savanna. Though one is in Europe and the other in Africa, the similarity between them is striking.
The question is: can two such distant landscapes function similarly? Do the animals in both places lead similar lives? Throughout this documentary, we will discover the stories of the large predators that inhabit these lands and how some species travel from one landscape to another, making both their home, despite being separated by thousands of miles. For the first time, we will see how these majestic animals face their survival challenges in two environments that are so different, yet so alike. Our goal is to sell the finished documentary.
