Eva and Nicole are friends in Paris in 1972, when Nicole hired Eva as a waitress and taught her the world of nightlife. Nina Weiss, a BKA agent, is visiting her mother Margarethe, a German expat on the Canary Islands. She arrives unannounced, searching for answers on her past.
