Inés Nofuentes is a creative producer who has spent most of her career in Latin America. She founded Curuxa Cinema with the aim of strengthening the link of this region with Spain. In her work as a producer, she works together with directors and writers on scripts.
To her credit she has several films selected and awarded at major festivals around the world, including Ixcanul (2015), Silver Bear in Berlin, or La Mami ( 2019), premiered at IDFA, produced in Guatemala and Mexico respectively. Already from Spain she produces Pólvora en el corazón, premiered at SXSW and was commercially distributed in countries such as Taiwan, USA, Germany, Austria, Guatemala and Puerto Rico.
