Cecilia has been working as a caregiver for 26 years and shares her anecdotes from the point of view. Her memories and anecdotes are a mix of cultural differences that mostly end in laughter. Reflections on old age, because this work involves seeing how the person you care for is deteriorating and when death arrives there is also an invisible mourning that besides affecting psychologically, also means being left without a job, without money and without a guarantee. All these stories are connected through a network of support and work that Cecilia began to build when she arrived in Spain and that more women in similar situations have continued to extend.
