Juan is a shy and unkempt fifty man working as a prison officer. Every Sunday he watches Berta through the security monitors. Berta is the mother of one of the prisoners. He did never talk to her, but he is becoming attracted by her. Berta spends most of her time at home, taking care of her ill husband, laid on his bed since years. The day Juan attempts to talk to her, he surprised himself by impersonating any other father who visits his girl, Josefina.
